Audit Log
A tamper-evident record of who changed what, when.
Every organization keeps an audit log of the actions that matter: role changes, member invites and removals, deployments pushed through closed windows, integration changes, storage and backup operations.
The log is tamper-evident — entries chain and cannot be silently edited — and it survives actor deletion: removing a member never removes the record of what that member did, so the trail stays complete for compliance reviews.
Check the log before and after maintenance windows: a window override, a member permission change or an integration reconfiguration all leave their mark. If something changed and nobody can explain it, the log answers who and when.
